Select your monitoring solution with this easy scorecard

A quick blog about a toolkit I noticed at the Goliath Technologies website. The scorecard can be used in the process of selecting a monitoring solution. Selecting a monitoring solution can be a burden.  Vendors will most likely say they can do most of what you ask, talking to sales is not always helpful. With the scorecard you can give multiple vendors the option to show what they really are worth. you can/should change some questions or add some if you want to, make it your own and send it out.

I think it is important to make sure the scorecard is made your own as the environment you want to be monitored is also your own. no environment is alike and neither are anyones requirements. As far as I can see, you might wonder if the questions always come out with Goliath Technologies, the questions are open enough for anyone to use. It gives a good overview of what products offer.
